The non-competitive, fun run, held on September 10, 2017, in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, served its purpose impeccably. That of creating general awareness of the importance of being ultimately fit and healthy through the simplest exercises of them all – running!
The event had 2 race categories – 5 km and 10 km – with the Jewel of Navi Mumbai park, Nerul, being the start and finish point.
With over 400 participants, the open age event gave a one of a kind opportunity to fitness freaks to have a joy run in the vicinity of the unique Jewel of Navi Mumbai park which boasts a ‘surrounded-by-nature’ locale, with its green running stretch, built around a pristine lake.
In addition to is natural virtues, the participants were also all praise for the way the event was organized.
Stellabrity tasted stupendous success at the event as the sole hydration partner with Naturich Mineral water. The smooth taste of the water and the packaging delighted the runners and all those who had the opportunity to drink it.
The event started with warm-up sessions @ 5.30 AM followed by the two races and culminated with Zumba sessions which pampered the senses of one and all who were part of the event. The over-whelming response will lead to the main race being organised soon at the same venue.
A well managed event with the help of Navi Mumbai Traffic police made the proceedings a memorable one.
