Arjun Virdi, Chief Coach & Founder, V-Sports, is an accomplished coach with a vast experience in sports and fitness, and in conducting camps focused on overall health improvement. He has evolved a training methodology that is simple to do and also enjoyable – in sharp contrast to the regularly followed routines of extra rigorous and body-punishing activities.

He has participated in over 50 marathons which include the international marathon in New York City, Lehi Latah, Hyderabad (3 times), Goa, Delhi (5 times), Samara, Ahmedabad, Jammu, Amritsar, Chandigarh. He also has been a part of the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon (SCMM) right from its first year.

After 3 decades of running and a decade of experience in training, his ultimate mission in life is to help others achieve their fitness goals and also, soak in the pleasure of injury free running.

The activities at V-sports include Marathon Training, Fitness & Healthcare Workshops, Runathon Events, Individualistic Training, Injury Recuperation, Nutritional Development, Sports Coaching, and Trekking Trips, among others.

Arjun’s V Sports is based on two things that is closest to his heart. The first one: Each of us should make fitness a habit, as this makes us feel happy and also, do better in life. The second one: we have to continuously strive to make our road towards fitness a fun and amusing affair. If you punish your body with daunting exercises and killing routines, you could have instant results. But the results won’t last for long.
